Airoheart is too inexpertly crafted to be enjoyable.

Elderand is competent but does little to subvert my expectations or upset my complacency.

Tinykin is a wonderful 3D platformer, almost totally devoid of notable flaws.

Potion Permit has good puzzle and simulation ideas that are ground down by tedious busywork.

Bear & Breakfast is a wonderful, whimsical idea sabotaged by an interminably frustrating interface.

Kena: Bridge of Spirits has beautiful animation and art design but is too difficult to be a fun videogame.

There’s no other RPG quite like Loop Hero, and it’s worth playing for that reason alone.

The Messenger is an excellent and efficient retro platformer.

With its story-driven design and approachable mechanics, Griftlands is a great entry point to the deckbuilder genre.
