I’m not trying to sound hyperbolic; CrossCode is just that good.

Golf Club Nostalgia is intriguing as an atmospheric experience delivering an apocalyptic message, but as a golf videogame it’s a double bogey.

Dodgeball Academia’s beautiful sprite art and fun premise cannot overcome its tiny world and repetitive matches.

With its story-driven design and approachable mechanics, Griftlands is a great entry point to the deckbuilder genre.

Short and derivative, though enjoyably so, it’s difficult to recommend Whipseey for anything less than a deep discount sale.

Trigger Witch is let down by lacking difficulty and redeemed by absurdist novelty.

ENDER LILIES’ challenging bosses and interesting player character help offset its dogmatic and uninspired level design.

Mighty Goose is an irreverent and solidly built arcade shooter that leaves me wishing for more.

Axiom Verge is a bland and derivative adventure platformer.

Players who appreciate referential humor and a grueling pace will find the most enjoyment in Enter the Gungeon.
